How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend ordering at least one month in advance to ensure the availability of rentals for your event date. During the busier spring and fall months, please contact us six weeks in advance for large orders. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
I only want the tent if it's going to rain. Can I cancel my order?
Think of your tent rental as "assurance" and "peace of mind" against the elements – both rain and sun! In order to ensure that the tent is available for your date, you should reserve the tent in advance. If you cancel the order within 72 hours of the setup date, you will be responsible for the balance on the contract.
Can I change my order?
Yes. However, we encourage you to finalize your order 1 week in advance of the setup date. We will do our best to accommodate any last minute changes to your order, subject to availability.
What happens if after the event something is missing?
The Tent Man delivery staff will count your rentals on site to verify any missing items. Items not accounted for will be invoiced at replacement cost.
